1. Purchase

Buy qualifying turkey ammunition from Elk River Guns between March 1 – May 31, 2026.

2. Submit

Complete the rebate form at the link above with your purchase receipt. Submit by June 30, 2026.

3. Get Paid

Receive $5 back per box by check or prepaid card. Allow 8–10 weeks for processing.
